David Chapman's Penn Northern

I'm not sure David will retain my tongue-in-cheek pike name, but I did refer to some Philadelphia-area prototype locales in developing his freelance layout. David wanted a city scene with bi-level track, along with an intermodal port and some other switching opportunities, and N scale helped meet his criteria in a relatively modest space.
