Greg Schneider's Pullman Junction
Now this was a challenge. Greg wanted to model Pullman Junction, a key spot on the South Side of Chicago where five different railroads crossed and interchanged. We cut the number of diamonds approximately in half, but each independent railroad is represented and can be run prototypically. Some key industries in the region include Pullman and EMD factories, a large riverside grain terminal, a small steel mill, and a Sherwin Williams operation.
